HOW WE OPERATE

TSG is a service-oriented company selling their technical expertise by the hour or their plant processing capabilities by the yard. Initial inquiries result in lab work with a variety of hand samples submitted to the customer for appraisal, usually within a week. TSG maintains lab facilities at all locations with narrow width duplications of their plant production equipment and an extensive number of physical and chemical testing devices to keep their efforts on track.

Next step in the procedure is usually one or more full-width, but still pilot, production runs to jumbo rolls determine sample match, chemical cost, and production speed. Only after repeated sample submissions and customer approval at every stage, does the first production run become a reality. The process then continues on beyond costing and test marketing stage with TSG eventually providing ongoing finishing services for a successful and accepted product in the marketplace.
